The No To Bike Parking Tax campaign has strong evidence that Westminster parking services have introduced their motorcycle/scooter parking tax illegally, so the next step is to take Westminster City Council to court and make them pay for their big mistake! Conservative Councillor Danny Chalkley has been given many opportunities to scrap the bike parking tax during the past twelve months, so enough is enough, the campaign is now taking Westminster City Council to court, to get this bike parking tax scrapped once for good. A highly qualified and experienced Barrister, Oliver Mishcon, has been appointed by the campaign to lead the legal fight against Westminster City Council which, as we have been told, will put their entire council-wide parking strategy at risk!
